👋 Welcome! I'm Porsha Wiggins. I'm so glad you’re here. I’m the founder of Womb2World Lactation & Family Services LLC, where I provide compassionate, evidence-based support for families navigating the beautiful (and sometimes challenging) journey of feeding their babies. I’m a wife, a proud mother of six and bonus mom to 1 (all amazing children), and I call Dunn, North Carolina home. My passion for supporting families is deeply personal—I've walked this road myself, and I know how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner who truly understands. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist with over 14 years of personal breastfeeding experience, I specialize in latch support, milk supply challenges, pumping guidance, and helping parents feel confident and capable during their infant feeding journey. I am also currently pursuing the IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) credential to further enhance my knowledge and expertise. In addition to lactation services, I’m excited to offer breast milk jewelry—a beautiful and meaningful way to preserve the memories of your breastfeeding journey. Birth and Postpartum Doula Services will also be added very soon to help families throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My heart is especially drawn to serving my community and helping to increase breastfeeding rates among families in our area, particularly for Black and Brown families who often face added barriers. I believe every parent deserves support, encouragement, and the tools to thrive—starting from the very first feed. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the fourth trimester, or simply need a listening ear, I’d be honored to walk alongside you—from womb to world. 💛

Hi my name is Cheyannee and imma a 24 year old first time mother. My mom found Womb2World LLC on Facebook when I was about 6 to 7 months and told me I should go in for classes to get a better knowledge of breast feeding. Mind you already told me my no I wasn't interested it takes too much time it hurts all of thee above. But let me tell you I went to the first class and LOVED IT! Her instruction was on point she took her time, she demonstrated as much as she could, her slides were very helpful and clear to a good understanding! I absolutely loved it and it motivated me to actually breastfeed my baby. Better more I made a friend who supported me help me and most of all encouraged me to strive and do my best in not only breastfeeding but being the best mother I can be!!
